Still awaiting the official figures for the exhibition's closing at Iceland Seafood, we can only be more than satisfied with the development of the event.
If the last edition had more than 1,400 exhibitors from 31 countries and more than 40,000 visitors, we are sure that these numbers will be far exceeded.
Our sales team in Italy and our chef, Javier Andrade, have been working hard during the four days of the fair. The presence of Iceland Seafood at TuttoFood, although it goes back to several editions, has presented this year precisely the novelty of a much more personalised stand, which has allowed us to incorporate the kitchen and the chef, which, together with the smoked salmon cut from Ahumados Domínguez that we already included in the last edition, has delighted visitors to our stand.
